Refund Policy – VinJam.nz
At VinJam.nz, our goal is to provide you with accurate, manually generated vehicle history reports for vehicles in New Zealand. Because our reports are prepared using verified data sources and require manual processing, we follow strict refund guidelines.
1. Standard Refunds
Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.
After 1 Hour: Refunds cannot be issued once your report has been processed or delivered, as our team begins working on your report immediately after the order is placed.
2. Exceptional Cases
We may issue a refund in the following situations:
System Error: If our system fails to deliver your report.
Duplicate Order: If you accidentally placed multiple identical orders for the same VIN.
Incorrect Report (Our Error): If the report delivered does not match the VIN you entered.
⚠️ Important:
If you provide an incorrect VIN, we cannot guarantee a refund, as resources are already used to prepare your report. However, you may contact us immediately, and we will review your case individually.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at Admin@VinJam.nz with your order details and reason for requesting a refund.
Processing Time: All valid refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
